Well-designed remote care solutions should adapt and flex to the unique and varied needs of your care teams and patients, without breaking the bank. Our integration-first approach and flexible deployment options mean you’ll use and pay for only what you need, when you need it, for each patient in your population.

IoT devices

Health IoT Platform

Our health IoT platform is the largest ecosystem of connected health devices and apps, efficiently streaming continuous, near-real-time personal health data from 570+ home health and wearable devices. Access blood pressure, pulse oxygen, blood glucose, heart rate, weight, temperature, sleep, nutrition, respiratory, activity data, and more through a single, endpoint connection to your EHR.

We integrate with all the top brands, including Accu-Chek, Apple Health, Dexcom, Fitbit, Garmin, Google Health, iHealth, Misfit, Omron, Samsung Health, Strava, Withings, Zewa and more.

Features:
Bring Your Own Clinical Devices
With more than 180 connected blood pressure cuffs, glucose meters, continuous glucose meters, heart rate monitors, pulse oximeters, thermometers, peak flow meters, spirometers, and weight scales connected via Cloud API, Bluetooth Low Energy, and cellular, Validic offers the largest selection of clinical devices to support your personalized care programs.
Bring Your Own Wellness Devices
Supporting more than 400 activity trackers, nutrition trackers, smart watches, heart rate monitors, weight scales, sleep trackers, thermometers, and popular health data aggregators like Apple Health, Google Fit, and Samsung Health, Validic set the industry standard for access to the most comprehensive ecosystem of health and wellness apps and devices.
Digital Logbook

Digital Logbook

Personalized healthcare begins with Digital Logbook, an easier and digital method of capturing and recording remote healthcare data and making it available in the clinical workflow. From low-touch, bring-your-own-device programs to high-touch, high-risk chronic condition management programs, Digital Logbook creates an engaging, dynamic digital healthcare experience.

Features:
HealthBridge™ Patient Mobile Application
Available on the Apple App store and Google Play store, our HealthBridge™ mobile application is your patients’ connection to your care teams, allowing them to easily connect personal health devices, review readings, and stay connected and engaged in their care. Additionally, the HealthBridge™ app services are available to build your own patient experience.
Mobile Libraries and SDKs
We built our solution as a platform first, meaning organizations can build their own mobile experience using our software developer kits (SDKs). Supporting Android and iOS applications, our SDKs allow you to passively collect data from Bluetooth devices, platform aggregators like Apple Health and Google Fit, and non-connected medical devices through our patented VitalSnap® optical character recognition technology.
Discrete Data in EHR flowsheets

Beyond workflow integration, the Digital Logbook provides deep data integration by writing discrete data to patient flowsheets. We support standardized integrations through Epic Connection Hub and Cerner Millennium®via an HL-7 feed.

EHR Workflow Integration
Digital Logbook integrates directly and deeply into the clinical workflow. Using single sign-on, your clinical staff can quickly onboard new patients and get up to speed on what’s happened since their last visit via simple and effective visualizations.
Active Remote Monitoring with Interactive Programs

Active Remote Monitoring with Interactive Programs

With full Digital Logbook capabilities, active alerting and remote monitoring programs allow you to manage high risk or chronically ill patients who need a more intensive level of care management and oversight.

Features:
Interactive Surveys
Our intelligent survey solution adds narrative context to remote care programs through automated patient conversational interactions. Conversations functionality is built into the HealthBridge™ mobile app or Validic-powered apps developed by our clients. Care teams can prompt patients to complete conversations based on readings or on a schedule. Responses are analyzed by rules to triage follow-ups, elevating only those needing attention.
EHR-Integrated Real-Time Alerting
Through our seamless integration with your EHR, care teams receive real-time alerting on patients in a variety of ways, including email alerts, SMS, push notifications, direct EHR secure messaging, and EHR secure messaging pools. Care team members respond and launch the remote care application from the EHR message center, streamlining workflow and eliminating unnecessary clicks, toggles, sign-ins, scanning, and copy/pasting.
Logistics and Support

Logistics and Support

For higher-acuity programs or programs targeted to individuals less comfortable with technology, Validic provides simple ship-and-forget fulfillment services for clinical devices, full kit setup and configuration, reverse logistics, friendly and compassionate 1-800 patient-facing tech support (we don’t measure our team on call times, we measure them on patient satisfaction!), and friendly outbound onboarding calls to support a patient’s first experience with their program.
Features:
Tablet-Based Kit with Pre-Paired Device(s)
For your high-acuity, higher-risk patients, we offer customized kits that include a cellular-enabled tablet and pre-connected, home-use medical devices that require no WiFi connection, account set up, or device pairing. Everything arrives ready to use right out of the box.
1-800 technical support
Our patient support team is available to assist you or your patients with any technical challenges they may run into, ensuring technology is never a barrier to improved care. Options for this service include business hours or extended business hours support, as well as varying support levels for everything from BYOE to full kit support.
Ship-and-Forget Device Delivery (BYO phone)
Patients will receive the ordered device(s) specific to the program in which they are enrolled. The device is theirs to keep; no logistical hassles associated with a return-and-reuse program.
Onboarding Call
